Congratulations Momma! The 1st trimester could be rough. This is your body beginning to make the necessary changes to support your growing baby. Making this the perfect time to come set your intentions for your pregnancy. Yoga offers you the chance to get to really know your body. Learn where you are holding things and how to let them go! It helps to prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally by focusing on breathing and learning to listen to your intuitive inner voice.

and Listening
As your body is changing, so are your babies. It's time to root into your body and get in-tuned with your baby. You guys are one with an ever-flowing dance that is connecting and growing every day. This class will help you with strengthening your energetic body and mind. We will work the pelvic area helping to reduce pregnancy discomfort and help promote better sleep and make space for the baby.

Toning, Releasing The Pelvic Floor & Hips For Labor
The pelvic floor & Hips holds much of our day-to-day stress from driving, sitting and walking, etc.. Leaving the area tight and restricted making it hard for the baby to move.. In this class, we will work the hip and pelvic area to create space for the baby to move freely and help labor progress in a timely manner.
